- Processing of dimensional drawings (if necessary)
- Visual inspection with the production of photofixation
- Detailed-instrumental investigation with the production of photofixation
- When investigating the instrumental technical condition of a building or a part of a building, a detailed analysis of load-bearing and non-load-bearing constructions of the building is carried out, opening of existing nodes, photofixation, study of the physical-mechanical characteristics of the structural elements of the building (laboratory excavation by destructive and non-excavation methods, if necessary), along with the results of geological and geophysical research
- Assessment of the reliability and seismic safety of the structural elements of the building based on the investigation and detailed analysis based on the existing norms
- Detailed analysis of the presented technical documentation, on the basis of which the compliance of the performed works with the applicable norms and the project should be determined
- Building foundations, basements, structural elements of the building: columns, load-bearing structures, partitions, floors, roofs, examination of stairwells, photofixation and preparation of the conclusion of the existing visual inspection
